Remington Shavers
Associated today with fine grooming and the smoother side of life, Remington is a name that has been around since the early days of the Wild West. Back then, a close shave from a Remington was more a question of luck than judgement. As a popular gun-maker, they were pretty much the name on every man's hips.
The company expanded and diversified rapidly, giving birth to a host of other brands producing essential equipment of a totally different and more civilised kind, including The Remington Typewriter Company, Remington Rand office equipment and eventually Unisys computers.
Since the 70s, the Remington name has been better known for its microscreen electric shavers, fronted by the inimitable Victor Kiam whose claim was that he was so impressed, he 'bought the company', which in fact he did.
Forerunners in electric shaver innovation and champions of a faster, closer shave, Remington offer a mains/rechargeable range that encompasses both high-speed microscreen models with titanium blades and the very latest advances in rotary 'rinse cleaning' technology to offer a superior grooming experience.
